THE CONE OF EXPERIENCE is a visual model, a pictorial device that presents bands of experience arranged according to degree of abstraction and not the degree of difficulty.
DIRECT PURPOSEFUL EXPERIENCE:first hand experience which serves as the foundation of learning.
CONTRIVED EXPERIENCE:the use of representative models or mocks up of reality for practical reasons.
DRAMATIZED EXPERIENCE:relive the outbreak of a certain situation by acting the role of characters in a drama.

The use of learning materials, equipment and facilities necessitates assigning the appropriate personnel to assist the teacher and defining the role of any personnel involved in the preparation,setting and returning of this learning resources.The effective use of learning resources is dependent to the expertise of the teacher,the motivation level or responsiveness,and the involvement of the students in the learning process.

Technology can play a traditional role or in a constructivist way.In traditional point of view,technology serves as source and presenter of knowledge.It is assumed that knowledge is embedded in the technology and the technology presents that knowledge to the student.
From the constructivist point of view, educational technology serves as a learning tools that learners learn with.It engages learners in active,constructive,intentional,and cooperative learning.Technology as information vehicles for exploring knowledge to support learning by constructing.

TECHNOLOGY IS A BLESSING FOR A MAN. With technology,there is a lot that we can do which we could not do then.Technology contributes much of the improvement of the teaching-learning process and to the humanization of life.It is indeed a blessing.But when not used properly,it becomes a detriment to instruction and human progress and development.
TECHNOLOGY is made for man and not man for technology.

It consists of the designs and environment that engage learners. It is also a theory about ho problems in human learning are identified and solved.
